Our kitchen is designed with separate areas for fish, meat, chicken, vegetable, cooking, packaging and cleaning.

. Blast chiller, is used to cool down the temp of the food without allowing microbial multiplication.
. Combi-oven, is used to cook the food in a well controlled temperature.
. Knee operated sink, where no one touches the sink with hands.
. Refrigerators and freezers are monitored every 3 hours and have round corners for perfect cleaning.
. Ceramic tiles cover all walls and floor in addition to two gutters running along the kitchen floor to facilitate cleaning.
Finaly, we have a controlled flow of delivery; Our refrigerated Vans departure early in the morning to distribute healthy and fresh food to the clients.
